Before the consultation

Preparing a list of questions is helpful to ask during the session. This way the training can be tailored to you and your family or specific conditions.

How many consultations will I need?

Typically people find that the content given is sufficient for 6 weeks worth of training. You will be shown how and when to move onto the next levels of difficulty for your dog through graded programmes, how and when to add in distractions to make the training situation more like real life.

Cancellation Policy

48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the full fee.  

• All refunds are processed minus the credit card charge if this was your method of payment as this is non-refundable.
• All other cancellation and refund requests are at the discretion of The Pet Behaviour Centre and dependent on individual circumstances.
